What is a grocery store tour? A grocery store tour is a guided tour hosted by Training House that occurs monthly at a local grocery store.
What to expect: The tour begins by meeting your favorite personal trainers in the shopping cart section at 6pm. Then we will take you aisle by aisle looking at nutrition facts and ingredients and making suggestions that work not only for your diet but also your budget.
